Enterprise Architecture Analyst
Job Purpose:
Responsible for documenting and analyzing business processes, ensuring collaboration between business owners, IT, and stakeholders. This role will involve using BPMN 2.0 to draw level 1 through level 3 business processes, updating and managing SharePoint sites, Power BI reports, and have a firm understanding of Orbus Infinity for Enterprise Architecture related documentation. The candidate will be asked to regularly meet with business owners and capture critical information on business processes, applications, data and integrations to ensure alignment between business and technology.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Level 1 through Level 3 business process diagrams using BPMN 2.0
- Capture key business process, application, and data relationships in Orbus Infinity
- Create and maintain SharePoint pages and lists
- Build and update Power BI reports
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with business owners to ensure up to date information on business processes, applications, data, and roles.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ensure consistency in documentation and reporting standards across all tools and platforms
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
Experience:
- 5-7 years experience in business process analysis, process documentation, or a similar role
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 process modeling
- Experience working with Orbus Infinity, SharePoint, and Power BI or similar tools
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of business processes, applications, data interactions, and integrations
- Ability to identify automated steps, data entities, and integration touchpoints in processes
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and Power BI dashboards
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools and their role in process management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions and convey technical information efficiently
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Vision
